Partial Hospitalization Program For Young Adults
Branches, a service of Centennial Peaks Hospital, offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for young adults ages 18 to 24 who need mental health or substance use treatment but do not require 24-hour care. Our outpatient programs allow young adults to work and live at home while developing life skills to empower them to take control of their lives. We determine the needs of each patient through a confidential assessment, but typical treatment plans consist of up to 20 sessions.
To schedule your consultation, call 303-665-4170 today.
The Young Adult PHP from Branches is designed to support young adults following an acute behavioral health hospitalization or to prevent an acute hospitalization. The PHP offers a supportive, therapeutic environment for young adults with mental health needs who require more support than the intensive outpatient level of care. The PHP provides five hours of therapeutic care, 5 days per week.
The program’s content includes foundational skills for emotion regulation, coping skills to manage upsetting emotions and impulsive behaviors, communication skills to identify and meet emotional needs and more. The program is focused on providing structure and support for young adults experiencing mental health issues that are interfering with their ability to function in daily life activities such as working, school, new life transitions/responsibilities, socializing, and engaging in hobbies. Medication management services are available to support the recovery process. Lunch is served daily.
- Monday-Friday, 9 am – 2pm
