Our campus and its surroundings provide a therapeutic backdrop that aids in recovery and continued wellness.

Featured Programs:

The adult inpatient program at Centennial Peaks treats patients ages 18 and older. We provide psychiatric stabilization and around-the-clock nursing care for patients experiencing critical symptoms and mental health issues, such as suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and/or psychotic episodes. The primary goal of the program is to relieve symptoms of emotional crisis and help the patient regain control of his or her life. View Programs
Branches, a service of Centennial Peaks Hospital, provides outpatient services for adults in Louisville, Colorado. This intensive level of support is for individuals who are at risk of an inpatient hospitalization or transitioning from an acute hospitalization. Outpatient programs help individuals develop skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness with an emphasis on mindfulness, relaxation and self-care practices. Weekly sessions with a psychiatrist for medication management and solution-focused family counseling sessions are an integral part of the program View Programs
This partial day program is for adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), such as bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder and schizophrenia, who are stable enough to live at home during treatment. Patients meet with a psychiatric provider once a week to manage medications. View Programs
ECT can be a safe and effective treatment for patients who are struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis or schizophrenia. Centennial Peaks Hospital offers ECT on an inpatient and outpatient basis.View Programs
