Roderick O’Brien, MD
Director of Intensive Treatment Units
Dr. O’Brien is board-certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and preventative medicine with over 22 years of experience. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency there as well. Dr. O’Brien has extensive experience treating adults and adolescents with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Dr. O’Brien joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2014. He currently serves as the Director of the ECT program.

Michael Fuller, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Fuller is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience treating both adults and adolescents. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his psychiatric residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Fuller joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2013. He became Chief Medical Officer in February of 2023.

Grazyna Tycner, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Tycner is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience treating both adults and adolescents. She received her medical degree from the Academy of Medicine in Gdansk, Poland and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas in Galveston. Dr. Tycner has an extensive work history treating patients in both an outpatient and inpatient setting including Colorado’s Mental Health Institute in Pueblo. Dr. Tycner joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2020.

Alexandria Selenke, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Alexandria is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs with her Master’s degree in Nursing. Alexandria initially joined Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2013 and was a Charge Nurse on both the adolescent and chemical dependency units, as well as in the Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) department. Alexandria became part of the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in August of 2022. She currently serves as the provider on the Adult Inpatient Unit.

Michael Chamberlain, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Chamberlain received his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatric residency at the University of Colorado in 2023. In that time, Dr. Chamberlain served as the Chief Resident at Denver Health Behavioral Health. Dr. Chamberlain joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in August of 2023. He currently serves as the provider on one of the two Intensive Treatment Units.

Elizabeth is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2022. Elizabeth has several years experience working as a nurse in the Psychiatric Emergency Department at Denver Health Medical Center. Elizabeth joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in June of 2023. She currently serves as the provider on the Detox Unit.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Katherine is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Doctorate degree in Nursing from Creighton University in 2023. Katherine was a nurse at Wyoming Behavioral Institute for ten years. She was both a Charge Nurse and Nurse Supervisor in that time. Katherine joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in September of 2023. She currently serves as the provider for both the Outpatient Partial Hospitalization Program and Inpatient Adolescent Unit.

Elyse Marinelli, LCSW
Director of Risk Management
Elyse Marinelli received her Master of Social Work degree from Colorado State University and is an LCSW in the state of Colorado. She joined Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2017 as a social worker on the adolescent unit. She was promoted to Social Work Coordinator before transitioning into the role of Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement in 2020. Elyse has 7 years of clinical experience in residential treatment and hospitals working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is trained in Trauma-Informed Care which enables her to assist in individualized treatment. This enables her to ensure that patients are on appropriate precautions during their treatment to maximize safety and ensure each patient has a therapeutic environment.

Sara Haislet, LCSW
Director of Clinical Services
Sara Haislet earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Portland State University in 2014 and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Sara brings to the team over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She began her career in 2009 as a mental health tech in Oregon prior to earning her master’s degree and has since worked in community and inpatient mental health across the country specializing in trauma-informed crisis mental health services. Sara joined Centennial Peaks in 2019 as a Social Worker and was then promoted into the Social Work Coordinator position before joining the leadership team as the Director of Clinical Services.
