Roderick O’Brien, MD
Director of Intensive Treatment Units
Dr. O’Brien is board-certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and preventative medicine with over 22 years of experience. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency there as well. Dr. O’Brien has extensive experience treating adults and adolescents with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Dr. O’Brien joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2014 and currently serves as the Director of the ECT program.

Michael Fuller, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Fuller is a board-certified psychiatrist with 15 years of experience treating both adults and adolescents. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his psychiatric residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Fuller has served as the Medical Director for several behavioral health facilities including Highlands Behavioral Health, North Colorado Medical Center Behavioral Health, and Centennial Peaks Hospital. He joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2013.

Dr. Tycner
Psychiatrist
Dr. Tycner is a board-certified psychiatrist with 30 years of experience treating both adults and adolescents. She received her medical degree from the Academy of Medicine in Gdansk, Poland. She completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas in Galveston. Dr. Tycner has extensive work history treating patients in both an outpatient and inpatient setting including Colorado’s Mental Health Institute in Pueblo. Dr. Tycner joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2020.

David Fohrman, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Fohrman is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in children and adolescents. He received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed his psychiatric residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Fohrman also completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of California in San Diego. He has nearly 30 years of experience evaluating and treating PTSD due to military and/or childhood trauma. He also provides forensic evaluations for civil and criminal issues involving PTSD, military and veteran issues, and medical malpractice. Dr. Fohrman joined the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in May of 2022.

Alexandria Selenke, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Alexandria is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in May of 2022 from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs with her Master’s degree in Nursing. Alexandria completed 755 clinical hours in outpatient, inpatient, and detoxification settings. She initially joined Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2013 and served as a Charge Nurse on the adolescent unit, chemical dependency unit, and in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) department. Alexandria also has several years of experience as a medical scribe. Alexandria became part of the medical staff at Centennial Peaks Hospital in August of 2022.

Scott emphasizes a positive work environment, providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and developing strong community partnerships.

Elyse Marinelli, LCSW
Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement
Elyse Marinelli received her Master of Social Work degree from Colorado State University and is an LCSW in the state of Colorado. She joined Centennial Peaks Hospital in 2017 as a social worker on the adolescent unit. She was promoted to Social Work Coordinator before transitioning into the role of Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement in 2020. Elyse has 7 years of clinical experience in residential treatment and hospitals working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is trained in Trauma-Informed Care which enables her to assist in individualized treatment. This enables her to ensure that patients are on appropriate precautions during their treatment to maximize safety and ensure each patient has a therapeutic environment.

Robert Cameron, MSN, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Rob Cameron earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 2009 and his Master of Science Degree in Nursing Leadership from Western Governors University in 2015. Rob brings to the team more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and 20 years of experience in nursing, including Emergency Medicine, Critical Care nursing, nursing education, Correctional Care as well as Behavioral Health nursing and leadership. Rob joined Centennial Peaks in 2020 as the Chief Nursing Officer.

Director of Plant Ops
Evan LeBlanc was born in Northern California and has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He spent 7 years working in the oil and gas industry before transitioning to behavioral health. Evan joined Centennial Peaks in 2018 as the Assistant Director of Plant Operations and was promoted to Director in 2021. Evan puts patient and staff safety first and aims to create a therapeutic care environment every day.

Director of HIM
Anmarie Masters is the Director of Health Information Management Services for Centennial Peaks Hospital. She joined Centennial Peaks in 2014. She has 17 years of experience in the medical field. Anmarie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Regis University in 2005 and in 2009, she completed a master’s degree program from Colorado State University. Anmarie became a certified Registered Health Information Administrator in 2006 through the American Health Information Management Association.

Danielle is originally from San Diego, California, and moved to Colorado in 2006. Danielle joined UHS in 2015 as a financial counselor and found her passion for behavioral health and hospital finance. Danielle has been a certified Paralegal since 2014 but changed her degree to Accounting through SNHU in 2017. Danielle joined Centennial Peaks as Business Office Director in 2020.
