Branches, a service of Centennial Peaks Hospital, provides outpatient services for adults in Louisville, Colorado.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program is designed to support adults or young adults (18-24) following an acute behavioral health hospitalization or instead of acute hospitalization.
The program treatment methods include teaching foundational skills for emotion regulation and symptom management, coping skills to manage upsetting feelings and impulsive behaviors and communication skills to identify and meet emotional needs, among other topics.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood swings, personality disorders and interpersonal and vocational difficulties.
Our goal is to provide support, connection, education and healing for adults with mental health needs who require more support than conventional outpatient therapy is able to provide. The program the principles, concepts and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based modalities.
Specialty Programs
Branches offers specialty programs for individuals struggling with substance use and for those who are facing severe or persistent mental illnesses.
Substance use
The substance use disorder (SUD) IOP takes a multi-faceted approach to recovery, focusing on the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that support the recovery process.
Severe and persistent mental illness
This partial day program is for adults with severe and persistent mental illness who are still stable enough to live at home during treatment.
