Centennial Peaks Hospital offers Intensive Outpatient Services to adolescents ages 13-17 who are experiencing:
An inability to carry out daily activities
Significant decrease in functioning at home/work with family and friends
Our IOP allows the patient to live at home and continue to work or attend school. Our goal is to increase an individual’s ability to function at school, with friends and family, and alone.
We determine the needs of each patient through a complimentary, confidential assessment, and treatment consists of 12 sessions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) emphasizes the important role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. It says that when our brains are healthy, it is our thinking that causes us to feel and act the way we do, and we can control that to some degree.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses treatment on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness.
We offer two tracks:
Day Program: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Evening Program: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
